Limited Lifetime Warranty
What is covered: We warranty each knife to be free of defects in materials and workmanship after factory inspection for the life of the owner of the knife.
What we will do: We will repair or replace the knife at our option at no charge. We reserve the right ot substitute a knife of equal usefulness or value.
What is not covered: Misuse, abuse, improper care or rust. See use and care instructions below. Sheaths are not warranted.

Please include your name and street address. Your knife will be returned to you prepaid. In no event shall Canal Street Cutlery Co. be liable for general, incidental or consequential damages including in that limitation, injury or damage to person or property arising out of a breach of the waranty made herein. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty will last or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damage, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you since the warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which may vary from State to State.
Use and Care
Canal Street Cutlery Co. uses the finest material in our products. Knives are sharp cutting instruments and should be used with care. Your knife should be used only as a cutting tool. Improper use can cause serious injury. Canal Street Cutlery Co. cannot accept liability for injuries caused by improper use or care.
Care
Keep your Knife sharp and clean. Sharp blades cut better and are safer.
Always keep your blades dry and clean.
To insure continual "like new appearance" wipe all blades with light oil or rust preventative.
Folding knives are precision tools and must be treated as such. Keep free of dirt. Oil pivot pins and joints to insure smooth action.
Canal Street Cutlery Co. does not warrant its' product against normal wear and misuse. Our knives are not intended to be used as hammers, chisels, pry bars, or screwdrivers. If your knife was damaged due to misuse, our repair center can analyze the damage and if deemed repairable will send you an estimate for the cost of repair for approval prior to the work being done.
Any misuse or abuse described above voids your Canal Street Cutlery Co. Warranty.
